It all depends on the scope of work and scale of the property, but our monthly management commission ranges from 5% to 10% of the monthly rental collected. We assess each property on a case by case basis and love to build relationships. We are human and approachable. We can talk.

Our standard fees range from 5% to 7% excluding Vat of the Selling Price. We are negotiable, but we do not lower our standard of service and go the extra mile during the sales process, from inception to registration. We draft tailor made legal agreements and have the acumen to navigate complicated sales negotiations. We add value.

This capable platform enables us to handle the intricacies of property management, with tools for managing both residential and commercial or retail properties, including lease administration, tenant tracking, maintenance, general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting for accurate financial oversight. There is also a user-friendly space for tenants to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and access lease documents, enhancing communication and satisfaction.
